Job Description

Responsibilities / Introduction

  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Design and implement strategies to run business revenue, operation, Risk, Collection
  • Set comprehensive goals for growth and performance
  • Working knowledge in IT Business, data analyst and infrastrucure internal framework
  • Participate in expansion, ( Collection, sales , customer service and Call center)


Requirement

  • Candidate must posses Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, IT or computer sciences
  • At least 5 years experiences in Business Banking or digital financial instituion driving both operation and business
  • Require Goood English both spoken and writtenn

  • Having comprehensive skills and knowledge in Fin tech especially on Small loan tickets
