Ideal candidates will be MBA Undergraduate/College Graduates, people with special challenges who cannot work in regular employment.

Earning will be on revenue sharing based upon the number of closures done by the recruiter.

Required Skill Set:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A good understanding of the Internet & MS office is a must.
Ability to understand technical Job Descriptions & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
Prior work experience in recruitment would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance with the Job description.
Thorough Assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over a telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
Maintain Strict Turn Around Time (TAT) and adhere to specific requirements
Understand the job responsibility and formulate a work plan
Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums
Maintain a keen eye on the latest recruitment processes and techniques for an efficient recruitment process
Float Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies
Conduct market due diligence on the availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required
