Job Description and Qualifications

Requirement
  • Bachelor or Master degree from Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
  • 8 to 10 years working experiences in Air Separation plant is preferable
  • Communication skill in English both for oral and written
  • Willing to travel across API plants
  • Good knowledge of Safety standard eg : safe work permit, LOTO, JSA, working at high, confine space, working with heavy equipment lifting etc
  • Good knowledge in SAP especially for PM and MM module, mastering the business process in both those modules
  • Able to read and understand P&ID
  • Hands on experience in doing overhaul of rotating equipment
  • Good knowledge in Electrical, Control and Instrumentation
  • Experience in managing project and its execution
  • Experiences in handling the pipe line project, with complete review of control and instrumentation equipment
  • Had experience in define and control maintenance budget and Capex
  • Having good knowledge in making RCA and monitoring its countermeasures
  • Having good knowledge in RCA tools such as : 5 why, fish bone diagram etc
  • Having good experience in defining task list and act as leader for overhaul/TAR
  • Having good knowledge of Safety standard eg : safe work permit, LOTO, JSA, working at high, confine space, working with heavy equipment lifting etc
  • Having the capabilities to work with the suppliers/vendors in managing spare part stock, overhaul activities and detail discussion of machinery, electrical, instrumentation and control issues
  • Having good analytical thinking in doing observation of any machines parameter, able to give recommendation and solutions related any abnormalities
