Job Description

SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the direct supervision of the Procurement Manager and general guidance of Regional Procurement Director, the Procurement Supervisor is responsible for processing Purchase Orders based on properly completed purchase requests. This position is also responsible for sourcing and maintaining relationships with suppliers under the guidelines set by Shangri‐La Headquarter and the Hotel.

REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered.
Graduated from a reputable University/Academy, majoring in Accounting or Hospitality
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Minimum 02 years of full working experience in a similar position in an international luxury hotel brand.
A dynamic personality with a strong leadership skill.
Guest oriented and excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexible with working hours.
