About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with regular reporting to be done to regulators
  • Handle in timely manner internal & external regulatory related administrative requirements
  • Check and validate data submission for the below regulatory reporting :
    • Bank Indonesia regulatory reporting (LHBU, LBU, LLD, Antasena, ACCD Indonesia)
    • OJK regulatory reporting (SLIK, PPE-EBUS, Apolo)
    • IDX regulatory reporting (CTP, S-invest)
  • Assist in day-to-day reporting & support related activities (KORI, KRSCA, ad-hoc report) and interact with cross- functional departments (e.g. Finance, BTS, GM, etc)

Job Requirements

  • Have a strong knowledge on treasury products
  • Motivated self-started, ability to work independently, able to identify and direct activities to achieve objectives
  • Detail oriented, proactive and able to work and multi-task with minimum supervision in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
  • Ability to manage and grow internal & external cross functional relationships.
  • Familiar with at least basic formula of Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is preferable
  • Have an experience in Treasury Settlement/Operations is preferable
