Job Description

We are hiring for Senior Product Manager and Project Manager.

Senior Product Manager salary range : 18.000.000 - 35.000.000/mio

Project Manager salary range : 8.000.000 - 12.000.000/mio

General Responsibilities for Senior Product Manager :
Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and OKRs.

Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics and data science to define an ambitious product strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users.

Work closely with key stakeholders and the engineering team to prioritise, onboard and integrate new features and ensure features are released as planned.

Support product management in delivery sprints, including release & sprint planning, sprint execution, and reviews.

Manage product backlog: prioritize and manage the product backlog and support planning of development sprints.

Provide new ideas and concepts that contribute to enhanced and expand product capabilities.

Make data-driven decisions to constantly improve customer experiences that delight our end users.

Presents options/recommendations clearly and persuasively to support business stakeholder decisions.

Continuously monitor, measure and report on key business metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively about how to solve problems that have never been solved before at this scale.

General Responsibilities for Project Manager :
Identifies and coordinates project deliverable with all stakeholders according to recommended strategic plans and timelines.

Liaise with project member from a different division (e.g Engineers, QA, UI/UX, Business Development team, etc) to coordinate the needed task.

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation along with detailed action plans and scheduling.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.

Assist to identify project risk, define contingency plan, resolve issues and potential conflicts within a project.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Analyzing the performance and give the summary report to BODs.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties if there are changes on project scope or schedule using appropriate verification techniques.

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Qualification Requirements for Senior Product Manager :
3+ years experience in product management at a tech software company, with demonstrable success in launching new products / features with clear impact.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior ability to articulate complex requirements to technical and business audiences.

Self-directed, with proven ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within a fast-paced e-business environment.

Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills.

Experience with agile product development.

Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Qualification Requirements for Project Manager :
Minimum of Bachelor degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.

Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Technical skills and knowledge (ClickUp, Trello, JIRA, Pivotal Tracker or any business process/projects management tools).

Familiar with Agile / SCRUM methodology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Indonesia and English).

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills .

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Experience in Technology industry or Software development organization is a plus.

Project Management Training/Certification is a plus solving skills;
