Job Description

As Senior Manager Quality Management System you will define, develop, deploy and maintain a Quality Management System and Systemic Processes and Methods, considering the standards and customers. In doing so, you will act as the interface between the customer and our production. You will sustainably shape Infineon's innovation capabilities and productivity and thus significantly support our business success. Have we raised your interest? In your new role you will:

Define, develop, deploy and maintain a Quality Management System and Systemic Processes and Methods, considering the Standards and customers’
Manage quality audits, internal and external, to ensure compliance to customer requirements and pro-actively support engineering and manufacturing to meet or exceed requirements.
Drive Quality Continues Improvement towards Zero Defect and ensure the success of project executions at the factory.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Material Science
Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role in the semiconductor industry with combined exposure to process, equipment, quality, and manufacturing engineering.
Advance knowledge of quality systems, SPC, FMEA, DOE, and 8D problem-solving
Strong in auditing skills and customer management
A strong team player with the ability to work under pressure and the least supervision
Excellent communication skills, assertive with a progressive mind

Our plant in Batam was founded in 1996 and is located in a strategic industrial complex. Our products are primarily serving the Automotive market and we have adopted a lean and state-of-the-art manufacturing concept to ensure delivery of high quality products.
