Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Overseeing overall daily business operations.
Establish the company’s goals and objectives.
Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
Prepare regular reports for upper management

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Senior Manager or similar executive role in the Education field.
Experience in planning and budgeting.
Fluent in English.
Good interpersonal and people management skills.
Outstanding leadership abilities..
Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Willing to be placed at SUN Education Head Office – Meruya, Jakarta Barat.
