Job Description

  • Membantu supervisor/assistant manager dalam melakukan monitoring terhadap cabang/ server services availability maupun kantor pusat connection
  • Memanage ticketing dari permasalahan yang dilaporkan kantor pusat maupun kantor cabang kepada pihak vendor
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap dokumentasi Data Center / DRC dan proses change
  • Memberikan pelayanan komunikasi yang baik terhadap keluhan pelanggan dalam hal permasalahan IT Infrastrutur dan mampu meneruskan ke vendor maupun bisnis user terkait

  • S1 Information Technology
  • Usia maksimal 30 Tahun
  • Pengalaman IT Help desk dipertimbangkan
  • Minimal pengalaman di bidang IT 6 Bulan
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi
  • Sudah Vaskin minimal dosis 1
