To support our mission, mClinica is hiring for an HR Recruitment Internship. We are looking for a highly ambitious, dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At mClinica, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.
Your Role:
  • In charge of arranging recruitment in Indonesia.
  • Work closely with HR Recruiter Team to ensure hiring requirements are met.
  • Post job vacancies on job portals and conduct an initial screening.
  • Schedule interviews with the recruiter in charge and hiring managers.
  • General administration duties.

Your Qualification:
  • Third year or final year student in Psychology or any related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required.
  • Having basic recruitment knowledge.
  • Having HR or related certification is preferred.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented and analytical thinker.
  • Can do at least 3 months internship & join immediately.
