JACPA is a Japanese branch company which provides a physical activity to young children. Since 1972 JACPA Foundation has been working with children in the mission of Creating a positive learning environment where all the children can Grow, Learn and Develop to their full potential without Fear.
We are using Gymnastic as our main curriculum to teach Physical education to the children and teaching the children with Attractive and Fun class.
Job description
· To teach Soccer / Futsal subjects to Pre-school students and Primary students between the age of 3– 12 years old
· Lead the development of yearly and semester teaching program, lesson plan for Jacpa based on the established curriculum and monitor Jacpa daily operations in order to ensure excellence in delivering the Jacpa program.
· All aspects of Jacpa program quality, including learning quality, child achievement, child welfare and safety, hygienic environment, personal development and Jacpa event management.
· Supporting the Jacpa management in the delivery of strategic and operational objectives of Jacpa
EDUCATION
· Must have a Soccer Experience as a Player or Coach
· Prefer Bachelors or Master’s degree in an education related field
QUALIFICATIONS
・Speaks some Japanese (Basic Level will do)
· Love children
· Prefer fluent or conversational English and Bahasa speaking and writing skill
· Willingness to learn how to teach Gymnastic, too.
・Willing to come to Jakarta for Initial Training and Observation of lessons
· Has good class and time management
· Must have a positive attitude
· Ability to maintain high levels of energy, self-motivation, ambition to do the job well, good analytical skills and Responsibility
· Familiar with technology ( Computer-literate / Microsoft Office )
· Is creative, passionate, enthusiastic, warm, and approachable.
・Part-time: 16 hrs per week exc. Lunch Break(From Rp.2,000,000~)
・Full-time: 40 hrs per week exc. Lunch Break(From Rp.4,000,000~)
