Job Description:
  • Perform Customer Data Cleansing and Data Enrichment.
  • Daily Upload/Update of Registered Product Data based on Daily Sales Order Report, Daily Handover Unit Report, and Daily Sale and Purchase Deed (AJB) Report.
  • Update all information related to Legal (PBB, Certificate) based on the Daily Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB) Report.
  • Update Data Registered Product Office Building based on request from Asset Management-Office Building Team.
  • Update Registered Product Mall Data based on request from Retail & Hospitality-Mall Team.
  • Update Residential & Commercial Data Installation Point Project.
  • Update Mall Installation Point Data based on Mall Visitor Data based on request from Retail & Hospitality-Mall Team (per event).
  • Update Customer Target Data and Customer Segmentation for Mall promotions/campaigns.
  • Bulk Upload of Data Leads from property technology, exhibition, and others.
  • Perform Customer Merger.
  • Conduct audit sampling of individual customer input.
  • Identification for improvements related to data input & enhancement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management/Administration/Marketing Major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Computer literate of Ms. Office with intermediate or upper-level skills.
  • Excellence ability to analyze large data sets.
  • Hard worker and able to work under tight schedule.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
