Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore office and work closely with clients at different levels – from senior management to front level teams in Healthcare sector, and in-country Orphoz leadership. Orphoz, a professional services firm fully owned by McKinsey and Company, works with leaders in the private and public sectors to deliver long-term, sustainable change, working on long term projects across such topics as organizational development, operations and process optimization, digitization, public sector implementation, and project and change management. We leverage implementation experience and tech-enabled solutions to offer a unique combination of knowledge, resources, and flexibility to track and drive results, and ensure change. What You'll Do

As a senior consultant, you will work in teams deployed at ongoing transformation projects at Healthcare sector clients. In this role, your projects can be 3-18 months long, where our objective will be to help ensure our client outcomes are achieved and frontline capabilities embedded in the client organization, while working flexibly within client teams, building broad client trust, and showcasing our project management competence. You will apply technical and soft skills to drive change and execute initiatives, while coaching clients at the same time. These projects will often have a digital and technology angle. You will serve as key contact for specific workstream(s) within a project, and will independently manage and ensure the quality of the project work, also reporting progress to and seeking guidance from your Delivery Manager and Orphoz leadership. You may also be asked to support preparing proposals and winning engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or healthcare with a strong record of academic achievement
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or healthcare services
  • Experience of project delivery in a project management office in the context of transformation projects
  • Professional experience in leading implementation centric change initiatives gained by serving in healthcare / public sectors, or in a management consultancy
  • Proficient use of MS Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Expertise in program/project management, lean management
  • Initial experience at management level and ability to hold workshops and coaching sessions
  • Action driven individual with strong pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
  • Coaching mindset, and productivity focused
  • Fluent and effective communication skill in English (verbally and in writing); foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Flexibility to travel extensively (COVID-19 restrictions permitting)
