Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all process sales on boarding, sales code creation sales data headcount update.
  • Responsible to liaise with related unit for sales candidate screening checking FMU, SLIK, EWSS, Dukcapil
  • Responsible for completeness of document checking for sales candidate
  • Provide report for sales agent data headcount update (daily, monthly)
  • Back up screening officer for document screening on boarding sales
  • Responsible for the accuracy data maintenance of sales, resign, termination, blacklist, movement in line with compliance framework.
  • Responsible to Analyzing the recruitment process of vendors and making analysis for more effective recruitment.
  • Actively involved for automation project of sales agent database system, support and ensure accuracy of data ready to be used for all reporting related
  • Responsible in Invoice creation softcopy and harcopy before submitting to coupa and Finance team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
  • Minimum 5 years expereience
  • Banking Industry experience would be preferable
  • Have good Microsoft office skill, especially in Excel
