Responsibilities:
To develop other collaterals required by regulation and obtain signoffs, including but not limited to Product summary and Policy Provision
To help evaluate and prepare for OJK submission and post submission tracking
To support the Product Implementation team on the implementation aspects which involve capturing the business requirements for sales quotation tools, New Business & Alteration requirements and perform or follow up on relevant UAT (where needed)
To support the Product Implementation team on the planning aspects which involve the management of Product Calendar, preparation of Product Development Committee communication materials, consolidation of Product Implementation team materials
To support the Product Marketing team on developing marketing collaterals, including but not limited to training materials, sales pitch, and brochures
Keeping track and manage a proper documentation for all products including legacy products, existing products and upcoming products
Participate in daily stand up for product development to address logistic and preparation for product development.
Requirements:
Final year bachelor degree student or fresh graduate with 1-2 years experience
Good communications and relationship skills
Adequate project management skill and timeline oriented.
Strong administratively with good attention to details
Preferable candidate with relevant major (Economic, Islamic finance, actuarial, etc)
Preferable candidate with organization experience in respective university
Good in Excel, Power point, and Word
