Create and execute learning strategies and programs for training and Onboarding for all employees
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Responsible for internship programs and management trainee programs
Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of their learning opportunities
Help managers develop their team members by designing a solid career path plan
Has experience minimum 1 year in talent management in financial industry, as well as learning & development and trainer field
Has experience in managing an internship program and/or management trainee program
Bachelor degree from a reputable university (Master degree or a Professional HR Certification is an advantage)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and English language proficiency is a must
Strategically capable to critically understand and balance the impact of resource planning decisions on all of the business outcomes
A great team player, as well as being agile with working cultures, including keen to learn of business acumen and business process
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate well with all levels of stakeholders
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
