Job Description

A production house specializing in the manufacturing of swimwear is looking for a professional Garment Production Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing textile and apparel production plans weekly, monthly, and quarterly after receiving the order sheet from the senior authorities
  • Coordinate with the quality manager
  • Make arrangements for the right line layout or machine layout.
  • Organizes pre-production meetings or pre-production activities to discuss related issues
  • Arranging proper documentation of all the activities on the floor

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen who can communicate well in English
  • Knowledge of garment production especially activewear, womenswear, and swimwear
  • At least two year’s related experience
  • Very good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
