Job Description
1. Oversee delivery of Key Performance Indicators for Lazmall Seller performance – Generate Leads, Acquire, Onboarding, Incubation and manage existing sellers.
2. Identify, qualify and grow Seller’s commitment to Selling on Lazada platform.
3. Collaborate efficiently among cross-functional team/departments in setting the right strategy to acquire and grow seller, both locally and regionally
4. Meet or exceed committed targets and operational metrics
5. Conduct regular review to monitor performance across the BPO partners
6. Prepare , implement and sharing metrics performance to internal and external department
7. Leads initiatives to drive continuous improvements through identifying new sales pitch and approach
Job Requirements
1. Having Experience on Account Management or Business Development min 2 years
2. Positive attitude towards meeting tight deadlines and going the extra mile
3. Strong sense of ownership and accountability
4. Strong analytical skills (excel skills is a must) and business understanding.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation (Ms. Point is a must), public speaking and sales skill approach
6. Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills
7. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
8. Structured work, focused on process, details and quality
9. Open minded with a very dynamic environment
10. Solid, detail-oriented documentation skills
11. Experience on handling ecommerce account or brand relationship and the like is preferred
12. English proficiency for both writing and speaking is a must
