Provide accurate and timely support for payment ops (under BPO) in all countries for activities related with Financial Product (incl. but not limited to: bank statement checking, coupon or point creation, refund process to banks or payment gateways, PayLater related activities, add or change profile account)
Point of escalation for daily operational issues and maintain communication with all Traveloka partners in Financial Product (incl. but not limited to: banks, payment gateways) via various communication channel
Perform daily and weekly report on payment health system
Handling customer facing cases related with Uangku product
Perform routine monitoring on Financial Product tools or slack chanel and escalate to related team for any issues in a timely manner as per SOP
Provide ad-hoc support for any Financial Product workstream (if needed)
