Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • Background in sales and marketing with minimum 2 years experiences
  • Having experience in dealing with Fashion Retail and/or Electronic Retail will be a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed problem solving and decision making skills
  • Analytical, numerical and creative thinking skills
  • Able to work individually as well as part of a team and produce results.

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing, supporting and servicing the partners, also build a good relationship with partners
  • Create proposal and dealing promo with partners to boosting sales performances
  • Monitoring and analyze the sales performance, ensuring that all partner achieve the target volume
  • Maximize the potential from partners and how to increase the market share
  • Achieving objectives and targets at assigned partners
  • Increasing business opportunities through new initiation
  • Keeping update with product and competitors
