Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insight
Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
Translate brand strategies in brand plans and brand positioning and go-to market strategies
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Overseas marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any field
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Proven working experience as brand manager Retail
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Drive for results and leadership skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven interpersonal skills
Fluent English both written and verbal; other languages are a plus
Excellent presentation and influencing skills
Market trends and fashion awareness as well as a strong commercial understanding
Previous experience of managing a team, coaching and developing preferred
