We are looking for experienced, passionate and highly accountable people to join our CX team. This role is responsible for delivering and managing data-driven insights by effectively communicating the “so what” from the data to the business, to improve the overall CX. You need to be able to tell a story with data that is clear and compelling.

This requires the ability to mine and interrogate data from different systems, conduct qualitative and quantitative research and suggest changes using analytics reports to support the recommendations.
