Key responsibilities are:

Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned area
identify local business opportunities and challenges
Present, recommend and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Answer customer questions about features, pricing and other matters
Cross-sell products, when appropriate
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
Present our products and services to prospective customers
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Closely work with other internal teams (Design, Customer Service, R&D, Production, Finance) to meet individual and group sales targets
Collaborate with sales managers from different regions to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
Grow a commercial network by representing the company on fairs in your region

Profile :

Higher Education Degree in business administration, sales or other relevant field
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar position in a B2B environment, in textiles or associated relevant field
Affinity with textiles, colors and fashion.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Hands-on experience in sales
Team player and service-oriented
Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g. SAP)
Willing to travel in Asia for 50% of your time
