Job Description

Validate customer’s identity

Listen to customers’ complaints or feedback, do necessary checks, and consolidate the discussion points into a report

Take required actions (e.g. solve on the spot or escalate to respective business units)
Min. D3 from all major

Fresh graduates are welcome

Have working experience as an agent in a contact centre would be a major advantage

Customer Service oriented

Attention to detail and critical thinking

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to act and quickly adapt to a new task

Able to communicate in English would be a plus

Good phone etiquette and Have good written communication skills

Comfortable with working in shift
