  • Usia Max. 25 Tahun;
  • Pend. Min S1 (Psikologi, Hukum, Mgt. SDM);
  • Memahami Regulasi & Issue Ketegakerjaan;
  • Mampu mengendarai kendaraan roda 4 yang dibuktikan dengan Lisensi / SIM A;
  • Good Communication, Interpersonal, Negotiation Skill;
  • Good ability of Time Management & Leadership;
  • Memahami Implementasi Sist Mgt yang diterapkan oleh Perusahaan;
  • Menguasai Ms / Libre Office;
  • Mampu menggunakan Web Design / Grafis;

Job Description

Melaksanakan fungsi administratif, pelaporan dan imlementasi khususnya Industrial Relation yang meliputi Laporan kegiatannya, pemenuhan regulasi ketenagakerjaan, Manajemen Sistem , maupun administrasi yang bersifat umum.
