1. Prepare template database (variance database & OPEX quarterly) and OPEX consolidation report
2. Prepare control budget for user (list over budget, remaining budget and top up budget)
3. Prepare adjustment for LE based on Top Up Budget Approval and correction
4. Check and verify form Top Up Budget approval from user
5. Prepare wheat grains cost analysis
6. Prepare OPEX analysis (actual vs AOP vs LE)
