Manage and create documentation related to HR such as employment contract, promotion, demotion, job rotation, payroll administration, issued warning letter and disciplinary action if necessary, etc
Maintain of accurate employee database and up to-date records in personnel files
Handle employee benefit, incentive, government statutory, etc
Manage and maintain employee database on HRIS
Support Management in developing and implementing new company policies or procedures
Perform other HR duties as assigned
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource - Management, Pyschology, Law or equivalent.
At least 3 yeas of working experience as HR Generalist
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, industrial relationship).
