Responsibilities
Support HR operations and GA, to manage list payment and data list of process HR Operations and GA (Benefit, Training, and GA transaction etc.)
Support on all of contract processes within HR & GA Dept together with vendor and contract management team, including review, ensure the contract has been signed properly, draft the contract, and complete the process
Provide weekly report on each contract progress
Liaise with internal stakeholder (procurement, legal, business user) and 3rd parties to complete the process
To Support General Affairs Activit
Requirements
Computer skill (Microsoft office: Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio)
English language (both spoken and written will be an advantage)
Presentation skill for reporting of progress status and data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university
Preferable internship for 6 months
