Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management
Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
Prepare and track the ACR (Approval Committee Request), a document containing project information i.e. vision, plan, risk, dependencies and budget
Organise and lead project status and working meetings
Record and track expense, procurement process, payment
Prepare and distribute progress reports
Manage risks and issues
Correct deviations from plans
Business Analysis
Lead requirements gathering activities, ensuring the stakeholders agree on what it is planned to deliver.
Support Product Owner in regularly grooming and prioritising of the backlog to ensure appropriate level of detail is captured at the right time
Team Management
Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work
Leveraging organisational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
Agile
Facilitation of the various Agile Ceremonies and artefacts, including sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives, daily stand-ups
Provide insight on predicted and actual velocity
Coach teams to empower teams to self-organise to create a lean and agile organisation with a culture that can constantly adapt to change
Stakeholder Management
Primary contact point, managing stakeholder expectations for project deliverable's and communications, maintaining maximum customer satisfaction
