  • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
  • Prepare and track the ACR (Approval Committee Request), a document containing project information i.e. vision, plan, risk, dependencies and budget
  • Organise and lead project status and working meetings
  • Record and track expense, procurement process, payment
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports
  • Manage risks and issues
  • Correct deviations from plans
Business Analysis
  • Lead requirements gathering activities, ensuring the stakeholders agree on what it is planned to deliver.
  • Support Product Owner in regularly grooming and prioritising of the backlog to ensure appropriate level of detail is captured at the right time
Team Management
  • Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work
  • Leveraging organisational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
Agile
  • Facilitation of the various Agile Ceremonies and artefacts, including sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives, daily stand-ups
  • Provide insight on predicted and actual velocity
  • Coach teams to empower teams to self-organise to create a lean and agile organisation with a culture that can constantly adapt to change
Stakeholder Management
  • Primary contact point, managing stakeholder expectations for project deliverable's and communications, maintaining maximum customer satisfaction
