Job Description

PT. Integrated Healthcare Indonesia, a member of Johnson&Johnson companies, is recruiting for a QC Supervisor, located in Jl. Raya Bogor Km. 28, East Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will assist QC Manager to lead a team of Laboratory Support and ensure GMP and EHS&S compliance, accuracy and timeliness of the Laboratory instrument qualification and calibration, stability program, and the availability of laboratory consumables. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the QC laboratories, including planning, coordination and direct supervision of activities conducted by Laboratory Support and Internal/External calibration team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely in with Analytical and Microbiology Team on the instrument qualification and calibration program and Stability Program.
  • Set up robust planning and monitoring to ensure incoming of laboratory consumables can be delivered on timely manner and balancing load to the capacity
  • Working closely with all stakeholders to give efficient process is implemented and minimize human error in the process.
  • Ensure all data is accurately generated using calibrated instrument and applicable SOP’s in a cGMP environment
  • Reviewing all qualification and calibration reports, associated raw data, and audit trail according to the procedure for Lab data, GDP and DI principle
  • Lead Laboratory Investigation on OOT or OOS results on qualification/calibration and give technical support according to the J&J SOP/regulatory guidance
  • Ensure all the consumables and instrument are available at the time those are required
  • Ensure all team members having suitable proficiencies and follow safety procedure in their activities
  • Providing support to QC Manager in controlling CAPEX and OPEX and its related process(es)/document(s)
  • Providing full support to site strategic projects
  • Take a full responsibility for relevant digitalization deployment within QC Lab (not limited to: eLIMS, Compliance Builder, Empower3, SAP)
  • Ensure all basic GMP Process and Documentation are in place and followed by the team, according to relevant GMP & Quality System requirements. Ensure the compliance state are maintained all the time, during day to day laboratory operations
  • Lead the team according to all applicable J&J leadership values & principles. Motivate team members to habitually demonstrate behavior consistent with J&J Values Principles
  • Actively encourage an effective working environment.
  • Actively encourage the team to work in an efficient manner (Continuous Improvement program in Laboratory)
  • Manage and monitor the performance measurement for the team
  • Actively participate & engaged in relevant meeting / forum to manage day to day laboratory operation

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (plus 5 or more years of experience in analytical lab with depth knowledge in basic and advance instrument) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or comparable education.
  • Strong analytical skills, and a meticulous method of working are essential.
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced diverse team environment and individuals while taking personal responsibility for decisions and driving results.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and management on results and status of testing or projects.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft office and other lab software to produce graphs, charts, and perform basic statistical analysis on test data is required.
  • Ability to use test equipment including but not limited to material testing systems, balance, calipers, gauges, water bath, pH meter, HPLC, Spectrophotometer, and data logger systems.
  • Attention to detail and documentation practices is required.
