Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting HR functions in handling various queries on HR platforms, e.g. raising HR queries tickets
  • Preparation of proposal documents related to HR platform for review and approval by Group HR and Regulators
  • Liaising with Group HR Information System (HRIS) / HR Shared Services (HRSS) teams on system enhancement, troubleshooting and system testing (UAT)
  • Supporting project rollouts and ad hoc reporting
  • Supporting HRSS for cost governance

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years experience in HR Shared Services/Admin
  • Can adapt to agile and fast paced working environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Good presentation and documentation skills
  • Prior experience working with WorkDay system is preferable.
