Job Description:
Have a good understanding of brand building activity, media knowledge, consumer behaviour and continuously monitor competitor activity. You will also be responsible for conducting simple research, analysing data, developing go-to-market strategies, and reporting on brand performance. The role works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and requires a person who can ensure compliance of the brand identity throughout the organisation.
The Brand Manager’s primary responsibility is to be in charge of building the brand strategy, unlocking growth and develop strong go to market campaigns to drive brand awareness and consideration. A Brand Manager is tasked with several key duties, such as:
1. Analyzing and evaluating existing product from 4Ps perspective (Product Price Promotion Positioning/Placing)
2. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
3. Have in depth understanding of the target consumer, their behaviour and identify growth opportunities with them
4. Develop and execute strong brand campaigns or brand activation campaign across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social Media
5. Campaign performance monitoring on weekly basis, analyse and come up with optimization plan to improve campaign metrics and develop reporting system
6. Extensive cross function work collaboration with revenue, research, product, media, etc
7. Analyze brand performance for the future and development
8. Review sales team performance and suggest campaigns
9. Manage customer experience in our social media and customer service
10. Develop, monitor and evaluate Advertising and Promotion budget to support Marketing Program.
Requirements:
Having min. 3-5 years of marketing experience or as a brand manager, preferably in SaaS industry
Experience in planning, development and execution of brand strategy
Having experience in collaboration with agencies, market research, product design, and brand communication.
Market/customer oriented, pays attention to detail, integrity.
Excellent communication skill, project management, product development, product launching and also can develop marketing team.
Capable to lead small team and across function
Strong business sense and analysis
Good understanding of media planning and execution and research methods
Recent experience in one of the specific areas of expertise: strategic sourcing, category management, warehouse and network design, manufacturing efficiency,â¦
