Program Overview

IDEAS (Interns Development, Enhancement and Acceleration Space) is a 6-12 months internship program where you will gain extensive learning journey through various transformational projects. We open our door for creative, determined and highly motivated students who aspire to jump right onto work environment with real problems to solve.

Job Scope

Be involved in the UX process led by UI/UX designers as their buddy

Help to find and solve problems based on users’ needs, data, and business perspective

Create copies in Bahasa Indonesia & English for digital banking app, web app, Push Notification, Email, FAQ and What's New

Be involved in concept testing and usability testing

Contribute ideas in discussions and brainstorming sessions, and conduct them when needed
Major in Communication/Literature/Psychology

Good English language skills

Familiar with these following tools: Sketch/Figma, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point/Keynote

Able to work in a team, have a professional attitude, great communication and interpersonal skills

Has a strong ownership and curiosity

Self-driven and detail-oriented

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
