Perform job-applicant screening process and conduct internal recruitment procedures.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, terminations, resignations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Orients new employees by providing orientation information training materials.
Develop and organize internal training programs.
Handling human resources and legal documents by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Enhance employee satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Management/Human Resources/Psychology with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
Professional integrity, excellent interpersonal and energetic proactive.
Good communication skill in English and Indonesian (must be able to deliver a good presentation).
Ability to work in a team/individual.
Comfortable working in a system-based environment.
Technology savvy (good skills in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel)
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
