Currently we are looking for Organization Development & Talent Management Intern to help us in:

Responsibility

Participate in the end-to-end Performance Appraisal campaign
Assist in administrating the Performance Appraisal process
Support the implementation of Performance Intervention to enhance talent management knowledge
Contribute to other process improvement initiatives related to talent management
Supporting organization analysis
Updating employee data base and manpower plan process

Requirements

Currently enroll / recently graduated from Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Management or relevant field
Excited about connecting people
Have a great eye for detail, making documents look fantastic with excellent knowledge of English, grammar and style.
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Have experience in organizing databases/documents will be a plus
Organizational experience preferred
Good time management
Able to commit minimal 3 months internship period
Willing to work at Puri Kembangan, Jakarta
