You will support the Industry Service department, as dedicated assistance to the Sales Manager. The position shall assist with, but is not limited to sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be the direct support to Operation Manager for the following:
To perform sales administrative duties
Support in calculating sales pipeline forecast
Maintain a list of generated quotes and analysis support
To ensure compliance with internal procedures
Assist in collection management
Participate in company meetings, scheduling, and take minutes
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree or related field
Preferably at least 3 years of related experience, Fresh graduates welcome to apply
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa and English.
Very good administrative skill
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Friendly and able to relate well to the team
Work in detail and excellent with numbers – strong in maths
Highly organized, problem-solving skills, and ability to work as a self-starter
Desire to learn and grow professionally

This is a 1-year contract-based position, subject to a permanent position with excellent performance.
