To support the implementation and evaluation of Talent Management programmes.
Support day to day talent management activity (manage talent data and reporting),
Support the preparation and implementation of talent development programme (i.e. Coffee Morning, Mentoring, Lead with Purpose, Leadership Odyssey),
Create planning for talent programme monitoring and evaluation,
Support the project in Talent Management & PRUUniversity team
Prepare presentations per 6 months
Requirements:
