Work with senior stakeholders ensuring operational readiness
Work closely with 3PL, ensuring the availability of sufficient rider partner with daily transaction growth
Ensure service levels are met and constantly exceeded
Assist with the execution of alliances and partnerships with key partners
Assist to provide solutions to customer service on ad-hoc driver related matters
Assist to manage and monitor performance of drivers within the platform ensuring high performance
Assist in investigation and resolution of issues from Driver, Merchant and Passenger
Requirement
Willing to work at arranged time and days (including weekend) by still following normal total working hours in one week
Good in English both written and spoken
