Job Description

IT System Engineer - Infra L1 Support IT Infrastructure Level 1 Support:
  • 4 personil Server Support VMware
  • 4 personil Server Support RHEL
  • 1 – 2 years experiences In the IT Environment
  • 1 year experience in the VMware & RHEL Installation & maintenance
  • Project Duration: 60 Bulan
  • Location : Jakarta
  • Service Hour : 24x7 Hours
ONSITE MAINTENANCE
  • Menghasilkan report harian system mencakup Software Jboss terkait (historical) :
    • Utilitas Resource
    • Performansi Sistem
    • Availabilitas Sistem
    • Permasalahan atau gangguan pada sistem
  • Assessment diatas menggunakan tool default pada system (event log OS, event log default monitoring system), tool monitoring tersentral Bank Indonesia
  • Menerima laporan permasalahan system dan melakukan eskalasi kepada 2nd level support apabila permasalahan tidak dapat diselesaikan
  • Membuat / merubah Virtual Servdr di atas Host yang dipelihara sesuai kebutuhan BI, termasuk image template pada VMware dan Oracle VM/OLVM
JAM KERJA
  • 24 jam setiap hari, terbagi atas minimal 3 shift :
    • Shift I : Pukul 06.00 – 14.00 WIB
    • Shift II : Pukul 14.00 – 22. 00 WIB
    • Shift III : Pukul 22.00 – 06.00 WIB
  • Apabila diperlukan, mengikuti kegiatan Rencana Pemulihan Teknologi Informasi (RPTI) Bank Indonesia yang berdampak pada server yang diimplementasikan
