The Eramet Group’s activities are currently growing in Indonesia through a joint venture between Tsingshan (majority shareholder) and Eramet, as well as PT Antam (10%). The company is opening (building road and infrastructure) and will be operating a mining concession in Halmahera, eastern Indonesia, for a minimum 4WMT/y of Nickel ore (up to 15Mwmt/y), while building and then operating a 30kt Nickel contained NPI plant. Total investment for these operations is valued at 525M$. The total workforce in the mining project will be around 2 500 persons, including contractors.
In the frame of this Weda Bay project in Indonesia, the PT Weda Bay Mine Engineering team is looking for 2 VIE in Operational Excellence Engineering. Their main missions will be to:
