Our team currently looking for a person who can build a favorable environment for Ericsson and our customers success through thought leadership and trusted advice that proactively influences governments and industry organizations, in policies, legislation and regulations for ICT and trade. You will
Establish/maintain contacts with Government Industry Relations (GIR) target groups
As Ericsson representative in relevant GIR organizations
Contribute to GIR networks and use of GIR positions
Participating in a strategic regulatory outlook and to the development and implementation of global Ericsson and/or regional Influencing Plans and Identify and demonstrate influencing opportunities
Support the development of GIR competence and promote GIR positions
Deliver support to the Sales Compliance Board
To be successful in this role, you must have
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Law, Business Administration, Science or a similar area, or corresponding acquired skills/knowledge
Solid understanding for ICT industry competence
Solid understanding of national policies, regulations and legislation, and associated processes and actors also regional and global policies where relevant
Solid understanding in relationships and influences between regulations and processes
Proven track record to identify, analyze and describe significance of regulatory (and related policy) initiatives and trends to the telecom market in general and to Ericsson’s customers and business in particular
Excellent skill to work on regulatory-induced business opportunities and constraints
Proven track record of strategic utilization of influencing and lobbying skills based on effective communication and active engagement.
Outstanding English communication skills and ability to build influential networks
Outstanding Relating & Networking skills, good in deciding & initiating action
Adhering to Principles & Values and commercial thinking
