Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced hire roles in SEA Region.
  • Partner closely with business units to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies.
  • Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical or business skills.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer. Evaluate skill level, and drive the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
  • Partner with regional or global stakeholders, manage reporting, and collaborate on work that will drive impact and improve the capability of recruiting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of professional working experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with strong recruiting foundations.
  • Knowledge of direct sourcing.
  • Some experience working in-house or RPO preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills (managing multiple requisitions across many different business areas and hiring managers).
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates, hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
