QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. 2.Experience and knowledge of various fitness equipment JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. The ability to ensure a safe workout environment through constant circulation of the weight and cardio floors. 2. The ability to answer basic fitness questions and have knowledge of equipment and proper workout technique. 3. The ability to keep your work area neat, clean, presentation to standard and quiet at all times. 4. The ability to communicate effectively with and complete tasks assigned by the Supervisor. 5. The ability to monitor all activities within the Fitness Center. 6. The ability to provide assistance to all guest in a safe and helpful manner on basic use of equipment. 7. The ability to take reasonable care to perform duties as instructed, and to prevent injuries to self and others. 8. The ability to identify and report hazards. 9. The ability to report any safety maintenance of equipment required. 10. The ability to adhere to all Four Seasons Standards and to Meet/Exceed in all Standard Tests undertaken. 11. The ability to respond properly in any Resort emergency or safety situation. 12. The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff. 13. The ability to provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Resort. What to expect:
