Job Description

What's your role in the team?

  • Complete daily cycle process
  • Drive and Maximize product line sale performance to achieve the overall sales target
  • Responsible for all KPIs as regard to sales, Inventory control (Aging and Broken size)
  • Initiate and improve process more effectiveness.
  • Review, analyze and adjust allocation plan to make it consistent with sale actual and New item allocation plan
  • Manage replenishment plans to ensure that sales are optimized and stores are without missing SKUs
  • Manage store inventory to follow the goal that the company is setting.
  • Fill in for Manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability
  • Liaise between managers, retail and back office.
  • Provide direction to staff.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, business, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Merchandising field, Retail Fashion industry or related field
  • Preference in analytic.
  • Enjoy working with fashion company
  • Preference in Fashion trend
  • Can do Attitude
  • Enjoy working in fast changing policy company
  • Has experience of g-sheet, g-docs and related google access
