We are currently seeking a strong and thriving professional to join as Head of People Operations. Our growing People now includes more than 50 members ranging from IT to healthcare professionals, with hundreds of freelance HCP partners.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping our team to find, develop, motivate and retain the team. You will act as a champion for the company culture and will support the company executives and team leaders, allowing the company to develop and grow quickly. In this role you will be responsible for all Human Resources related activities :
Provide excellent human resources support and consultation across the business on the most complex issues, supporting our team in all related areas and regions including: recruitment, performance management, people metrics, compensation and rewards, staff relations, and people development
Over time, you will build, challenge and motivate a team of Recruiters and People Operations Associate to deliver a complete HR capability that can scale as the company grows
Onboard new team and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech
Digitalize and automatize HR systems, including payroll and applicant tracking software
Treat our People as internal customers and increase their satisfaction, including support our team on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits and company policies
Keep track of and analyze People metrics (from turnover rates, time to hire) to help guide decision making, and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently.
Provide leadership on People related issues and policies across the company.
Be able to communicate at all levels in the company and to support business development and change.
People Operations will partner with all areas of the company to help our team build and support their organizations. This will involve, driving recruitment of the best talent, coaching on team leadership, helping to resolving employee relations issues and managing programs that help develop our People.
Minimum 3 years experience of working as an Analyst in HR Consulting Company or as HR Business Partner or Generalist in a fast-paced environment
Hold a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience with proof of HR related qualifications and experience in best practice
Show great ability to challenge conventional approaches and a willingness to build a unique approach
Good attitude, communication and time management skills
