  • To plan and set S.M.A.R.T targets for the Fleet Training Associates and constantly follow up and guide them in achieving their individual and team leads & hiring targets.
  • To constantly guide the Fleet Training team in meeting the targeted training per year with achieving the expected learnings from training modules at the end of each session.
  • To develop and improvise RO Fleet Training Modules into local language and deliver it with conviction
  • To ensure Fleet Training team report weekly training activities and records are kept for monitoring and audit purposes. Liaise with Fleet Recruitment and Admin teams to schedule for required training sessions for new intake of IC.
  • To coach and develop staffs to achieve higher levels of service, economies of scale and operational effectiveness in a periodical manner.
  • To constantly communicate and collaborate with venture’s Pick up, Delivery, Returns & Shuttle / Line haul departments to ensure best in class service IC are trained and meet their requirements.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of training, developing new modules to keep the workforce motivated and data management & reporting processes through using the regional SOP’s, Work Instructions & adopting best practices.
Job Requirements In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
  • Demonstrated work experience as a training manager with direct reports responsibilities
  • Good written & oral communication skills in English.
  • Strong written & oral communication in Venture’s own language
  • Proven analytical skills and operations management skills
  • Attention to detail in Training and People Developments
  • Proven ability in leading a team in a result oriented environment
  • Highly committed and flexible to travel locally
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 years of Managerial experience in Training & Development with a degree preferably
  • Intermediate Proficiency level in MS Office Software such as Excel, Word, Power point and Access will be an advantage.
