Job Description:

Improve and monitor orders/traffic for B2C sales;
Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing tactics, new leads, sales activities, and ROI;
Analyzing/reporting marketing promotion budget and observe the patterns;
Creating B2C promotion campaign every week (including supplier promotion)
Align with category and creative team to arrange and monitor marketing activities/sales campaigns;
Participate and connect on Sales and Operation (SNOP) every day/week to arrange promotion campaigns;
Arrange and monitor all of the promotion/marketing activities in Jakarta and Cities Expantion (SBY and Bali);
Arrange, monitoring, and create push notif plan for CRM related to promotion and campaign activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Stay informed about social media, marketing, technology and advertising
Strong collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams – finance, creative and operation
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities
Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated
