Qualification & Key Skills

  • Degree in Engineering or Project/Construction Management from a recognized University.

  • PMP certified or has the equal certification.

  • A minimum experience of (15) years with a Bachelor's Degree.

  • Has experience in Transportation & Tunnels, Roads, Lighting, Municipal Buildings, Storm Drainage Networks, and Water Dams. Experienced in major capital projects. Strong understanding of risk management.

  • Proficiency in using ("Primavera Project Planner"), MS Project Planner and Enterprise Project Management Software.

  • Preferred to be fluent in the Arabic language speak, read and write.

  • Preferably involving at least 5 years working with international companies
