Manulife Indonesia Agency Team Building is responsible to Build a strong Agency Builder Culture to enabling the agency ambition in expanding the business size and manpower

We are looking for someone with:

  • University Degree graduated.
  • Minimum 5-7 years experiences in Agency Management, such as Recruitment, Sales, Training & Development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel etc)
  • Strong in Collaboration Skill, Communication Skill, Influence and Persuasion Skill.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa

Nice to Haves:

  • Certified NLP, background in Recruitment / Trainer plus points

On the job you will:

Agency Builder

  • Own the MABC (Manulife Agency Builder Club) program to drive the Agency Builder in Manulife agency
  • Setup clear vision, direction, and business pattern for the Leaders about agency builder
  • Campaign about agency team builder program which could drive entrepreneurship mindset
  • Drive the MABC become the center of Agency focus
  • Create the MABC Program, campaigns, and initiatives to drive attractiveness of this MABC
  • Identify and target segments of leaders that could be develops to adapt the agency builder culture and aggressively become top recruiter in the future
  • Handle and execute the Aspire Manager Program – which coordinate with every Territory Head and Head of GA partnership to promote Promotion culture
  • Develop and setup a Promotion Culture among the Agency which consist:
  • Create Promotion event to recognize the agent promotion which this should be something special and make the promotion become something very important and crucial
  • Drive promotion behaviors among the agency, which any
  • Working very closely with Head of Business support and agency strategic team, in regards-to prepare attractive campaign/program/initiatives

Planning, Monitoring and Governance

  • Endorse the short-term and long-term Agency Builder plan
  • Coordinate and monitor the effective planning and execution of the MABC program
  • Create a recruitment model that easily adapt and implement for the agency
  • Develop recruitment workshop and do the TTT to all Recruitment Specialist and selected leaders and monitoring in timely basis

Day to Day Operations

  • Drive high agency activities related with recruitment & promotion behavior and culture
  • Engagement and collaboration with Recruitment Specialist and Trainers in delivering Recruitment workshop and training to the leaders
  • Intensively working together with Agency leaders especially the one who have agency builder pattern/spirit
  • Review and evaluate MABC in regularly

Personal Development

  • Adopt AJMI culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to an internal environment of teamwork and promote positive brand image to Customers
  • Undertake relevant training and personal development course as mapped by HR Department
  • Comply with any specific responsibilities necessary as outlined by HR Department and ensure keep up to date with developments in these areas

Continuous Improvement

  • Create sustainable improvements in agency engagement especially with Agency leaders
  • Lead and supervise the performance of the team in doing projects for processes improvement so that projects can be completed on time with results as expected
