Our Team
The PDG (Product Development Group) Engineering team solves problems and develops impactful features to support Finantier’s vision of being the leading Open Finance platform across Southeast Asia. We are polyglots with commitment to excellence! We use Golang, Python, and Java in a microservices architecture, we also rely on serverless processes in the cloud. ReactJS is our library for the frontend.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and agile professional to join the PDG Engineering team as a Senior Frontend Engineer in Indonesia. As part of the PDG Engineering team, this role will be responsible to design and build robust web applications that directly contribute to the entire company’s growth and success. The role has strong influence on our technical decisions, and requires solid problem solving skills, as well as ability to collaborate with fellow engineering talents and Product team members.


The Responsibilities

    • Implement frontend solutions to enhance Finantier’s products using ReactJS.
    • Build and maintain frontend dashboards, consoles, and components.
    • Craft great user interfaces using CSS and similar technologies.
    • Work with cutting edge technologies on client & server-side rendering.
    • Apply Pair Programming and Test-Driven Development principles to ensure code is delivered with quality.
    • Maintain internal and public documentation about our products and services.
    • Be a role model in the team and encourage the growth of junior team members.
    • Have fun and enjoy what you do.

The Requirements

    • Working experience in a similar position for 4+ years.
    • Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying large scale applications using ReactJS or similar libraries.
    • Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
    • Experience with – and excitement in – complex problem solving with high levels of autonomy.
    • Prior startup experience especially in Fintech companies is a plus.
